Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review your request and may require additional details, Once the replacement is approved then the product would be delivered within 7 business days and in case of refunds once the refunds are approved within 15 business days the amount gets credited to the customer’s original payment mode, such as photos of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
